LDAR Programs
Our LDAR programs are designed to significantly reduce environmental impacts by minimizing airborne pollution and contaminants. Through a systematic approach to identifying emissions sources and taking corrective actions, we ensure compliance and improve operational efficiency, resulting in a safer working environment and substantial cost savings.
Camera Surveys
We utilise advanced gas detection technology to visualize fugitive hydrocarbon leaks across various sites, including chemical plants, refineries, and landfill areas. Our leak detection cameras allow for the examination of multiple potential leak sources quickly and efficiently, enabling timely identification and repair of issues before they escalate.
Training & Audits
Our Training & Audits equip your staff with the skills for effective LDAR implementation. We provide tailored courses on leak detection, regulatory requirements, and equipment use. Our audits evaluate current practices, offering recommendations to enhance compliance and operational performance.
An LDAR program is the system of procedures a facility implements to locate and repair leaking components, including valves, pumps and connectors, in order to reduce the emissions of fugitive volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and hazardous air pollutants (HAPs). It is the most effective method of controlling fugitive emissions on site.
LDAR Envolve environmental solutions are designed to ensure that our clients reduce their environmental impact by minimizing the release of airborne pollution and contaminants. Through a structured program of identifying the source of emissions and then taking action to eliminate or minimize it, major client gains can be made.
Excellent financial payback will be seen by a reduction in lost product that would have been otherwise lost to the environment. The result is a safer, more healthier working environment for workers and a business shown to be taking proactive community decisions.
This diagram outlines the steps involved in the leak detection and repair (LDAR) process.
Identify process lines and components
Tag components in line with the P&ID numbers, modify the line drawings if necessary
Record emissions in the database correlate values to plant leakage report findings
Repair, replace, overhaul
Re-screen and audit. Re-measure the emission readings

We are pleased to announce the signing of a long-term contract with a leading oil and gas service company for leak detection and repair services in Delta State, a move that further strengthens our presence. This collaboration follows a successful visit to the asset, where we implemented our LDAR program at an oil and gas facility in OML30.
Fugitive emissions from oil and gas production have been identified as a significant contributor to Nigeria’s energy sector. In response, the country is taking proactive measures to regulate and reduce these emissions.
We are delighted to support the sector in achieving compliance with these new regulations through our LDAR programs. Contributing to environmental sustainability is at the core of our mission.
